This is a family operated business. We started our online store after repeated request from our customers, that it would be easier to purchase online than to find us at a fair.

We are very happy to say that our online store is now available, and we still go to fairs, deliver custom pieces and take new orders, but now you can do the same online.

Custom Orders/International Orders

Custom Orders:

Ema Designs offers custom designed handcrafted beaded jewelry. If you would like to have a piece of jewelry designed based on your specifications, please don't hesitate to ask. Contact us with your request and we will work with you to get a handcrafted necklace, bracelet or earrings just for you.

Certain conditions apply on custom designed jewelry. Once you have provided a description of the custom work you wish created (size, color, stones, metals, etc.), including personal design preferences such as style and color, a picture will be sent to you by email. Then based on the picture, you provide feedback and guidance to us. You will approve the final design before you purchase the item. As with all other items, purchases must be paid before they are shipped. Please note that because each custom designed piece of jewelry is unique, custom jewelry is NOT exchangeable or refundable unless it is damaged in shipment.

Once you have approved the final piece, an invoice will be sent to you thru Paypal for payment. Once your payment has been received, your order will be shipped via US Post Office.

Please do not ask us to copy the work of another designer. We only do original work.

International Orders:

We do honor international orders. Please send an order request by email with the description of the item you are interested in purchasing. We will need your address, city, country and postal code to verify shipping cost. Once we received all of the details required, an invoice will be sent to you thru Paypal for payment. Once your payment has been received, your order will be shipped via US Post Office.

Boutiques/Gift Shops

Yes, we do sell to Boutiques and Gift Shops at wholesale prices. We will need your Business information, such as Tax ID, telephone number, and store location information faxed to us. Send us an email with the list of items that you are interested in, and we will contact you. Wholesale is only available to qualified buyers.

Return Policy

1) Please notify us by email that you will be returning an item and please provide an explanation as to why you need to return the item. You may return

an item for a refund or replacement within 14 days of receipt. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

2) When you return an item please return the piece in its original unused condition with your original receipt. Please purchase Delivery confirmation and Insurance
on your return. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of a returned item. Send us an email with the tracking information. Once we receive the item, a refund will be processed and you will be notified by email.

3) Please be advised that because each custom designed piece is unique, custom jewelry is NOT exchangeable or refundable unless damaged in shipment.

4) If the size of the needs to be adjusted, we can always correct it. Our goal is to have you very pleased with the item that you have purchased.
