We thank you for supporting handmade!

All of our items are handmade and are made in the order that it was received. Please allow 3 to 7 business days while we work on your order. You will receive an email from us once your order is ready to be shipped.  Custom size, colors, and fabrics are available, just send us an email with your inquiry.

Payment

Payment is due at checkout. We accept Paypal.


Shipping

We ship to your Paypal address. Please make sure that address is correct and current before paying!

US: USPS Priority mail rates, majority of our products are shipped via USPS..... All Bamboo Curtains are shipped via FedEX only
A tracking number is provided with every shipped package!

Insurance is not included but can be requested for an additional fee. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.


Refunds and Exchanges

As a buyer, please take the time to view the details provided on each listing so there are no surprises when your order arrives. Every detail from the unique design to size and color is explained in detail. 

Please do not rely solely upon the picture in the listing for sizing! The measurements are listed so be sure to measure your pet before placing an order as we do not offer exchanges or refunds. If you are not sure what size, feel free to email us as we are always happy to help! We want you to be very happy with your order, if there is a discrepancy please let me know as soon as you have received your order. 

PLEASE NOTE: Transmitting color over the internet is tricky! If you need a specific color that must be right on the spot then email us with your questions or see the color comparisons below as fabric colors may look different in person!


Bamboo Curtains: IIf for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of order. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the order is damaged. In which case,we will credit your shipping expense upon receiving the returned order.
